How long will it take to have my window treatments installed in my home?
Once we receive your order at our showroom a member of our administrative staff will contact you to arrange installation. Typical delivery time is 2 weeks for custom blinds and 3 weeks for custom plantation shutters.
How are your prices?
We have a window treatment solution to fit any budget. Our volume and in-house manufacturing enable us to offer the best prices available. We specialize in window covering and we have a highly trained staff that enables us to provide a high level of professional service to our customers at competitive prices.
What is your warranty?
All of our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, given to the customer in writing at the time of installation.
Do you offer installation? If so, who do you have doing the work?
We have a highly trained staff of technicians who drive company owned vehicles, and who are fully insured, protecting you and your furnishings while they are in your home.
What are your payment options?
We accept cash and checks, Visa, MasterCard. A 50% deposit is required to begin each order.
I am considering using a combination of shutters and blinds. Do you offer both?
Yes, we offer both product categories. We also offer draperies and matching fabric for bed, chair and table coverings which is unique in the window treatment industry.
What do you recommend as the best process to following when shopping for window coverings?
Visiting a showroom with comprehensive window covering displays, and talking with a well-trained staff is the best way to start the process and make good decisions. Our factory and showroom provides you with the ability to see and operate all of today’s most popular products.
In addition to previewing products, visiting a potential supplier’s showroom allows you a first-hand look at the operation and the quality of their staff. Most people visit our showroom with a pre-conceived notion about what they want to do in their home. Often times this same customer leaves our store with a happily changed notion regarding their selections, and a great deal of confidence in us as a supplier.
Once you have narrowed down your selections, a member of our staff will come to your home to assist you with specific selections and to professionally measure your windows. All of our orders are properly installed by a member of our installation crew.
